Families at Risk

At Tailored Support Services, we provide early intervention and wraparound support for families at risk—families experiencing crisis, instability, or hardship due to domestic violence, mental health challenges, substance misuse, financial stress, or intergenerational trauma.

We believe every family deserves the chance to grow stronger, safer, and more connected. Our role is to walk alongside families with care, without judgment.

Our support for at-risk families includes:

• Crisis intervention and case management to stabilise families and connect them with essential services.

• Parenting support and education to build confidence, safety, and healthy family dynamics.

• Culturally safe and inclusive services for Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Pacific Islander, and multicultural families.

• Collaboration with schools, child safety, housing, and mental health services to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
