Our Mission

Returning Home to Uplift New Zealand and Tonga

After years of building a legacy of care in Australia, Tupou is now expanding her mission to New Zealand and Tonga—bringing her unique approach, skilled team, and joyful energy back to where her heart belongs.

“It broke my heart every time I read online about a child being sent home from school because staff couldn’t manage their ASD needs. I knew then that our people—our kids—deserve better. So I spoke with my family and said, Let’s go home. Let’s share what we know. Let’s be the difference our people are waiting for.”

Tupou believes the fresh ideas, practical training, and cultural heart she and her team offer can transform care across both islands. Her return is not just a business move—it’s a calling to give back, educate, and build lasting change in the places she calls home.

Core Values

  • Compassionate, hands-on leadership
  • Empowering people with disabilities and trauma
  • Creating safer schools and communities for children with autism
  • Uplifting families through culturally informed, inclusive care
  • Strengthening community capacity through education and training

Tupou Uluave Kaufusi is not just building services—she is rebuilding hope, restoring dignity, and bringing joy, knowledge, and healing back to where it’s needed most: her people, her roots, her home.
